Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of One Click Recap, including our website, app, video tools, AI tools, subtitle tools, voiceover tools, posting tools, scheduling tools, payment features, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading content, connecting a social media account, generating a video, scheduling a post, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use One Click Recap.

One Click Recap is a video creation and automation platform. Depending on the features available in your account, our service may allow you to:

Upload videos

Submit video links

Generate movie recap or story recap content

Transcribe audio

Translate or rewrite narration

Generate AI voiceovers

Add subtitles

Edit or align video scenes

Generate titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, or metadata

Create short-form videos

Download generated videos

Connect TikTok, YouTube, or other supported accounts

Post videos to connected platforms

Schedule videos for future posting

Our service is designed to help users create and prepare content faster. We do not guarantee that any content will go viral, earn revenue, avoid copyright claims, avoid demonetization, or be accepted by third-party platforms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, team, page, channel, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login details secure

All activity under your account

Making sure your account information is accurate

Preventing unauthorized access

Telling us immediately if your account is compromised

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account is being misused, used fraudulently, used to violate these Terms, or used in a way that may harm our service, users, partners, or third-party platforms.

“User Content” means any content you upload, submit, generate, edit, schedule, publish, or otherwise use with the service.

This may include:

Videos

Audio

Images

Scripts

Transcripts

Subtitles

Voiceovers

Captions

Titles

Descriptions

Hashtags

Prompts

Thumbnails

Channel or social media metadata

Generated outputs

You keep ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.

You are fully responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents to upload, process, generate, edit, publish, or schedule any content through One Click Recap.

You must not upload, process, publish, or schedule content that:

Violates copyright

Violates trademark rights

Violates privacy rights

Violates publicity rights

Contains stolen content

Contains illegal content

Contains misleading, harmful, or deceptive content

Violates TikTok, YouTube, or other platform rules

Violates any applicable law

Using our app does not automatically make your content copyright-free.

AI editing, translation, voiceover, subtitle generation, trimming, or recap generation does not guarantee that your content is legally safe, monetizable, copyright-free, or protected from claims.

You are responsible for reviewing your content before publishing.

To provide the service, you grant One Click Recap a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, upload, download, process, transcribe, translate, edit, generate, convert, display, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to:

Provide the service

Generate your requested outputs

Store your projects

Let you download your files

Post or schedule content on your behalf

Provide customer support

Improve safety, debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention

Comply with legal obligations

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is required for legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons.

You may clone only your own voice. You must not upload another person’s voice or use voice cloning to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or violate another person’s rights.

When you create a personal voice, you confirm that the reference recording contains only your voice and that your attestation is accurate.

You keep ownership of your voice sample, transcript, voice profile, and generated voiceovers. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the personal voice and voiceovers you request, protect the service, and comply with law.

We do not sell or license your voice sample, voice profile, or cloned voice output for unrelated business purposes, and we do not use it to train a general-purpose AI model unless you separately and explicitly opt in.

You may delete a saved personal voice through the service. The limited service license ends when the relevant voice data is deleted, except for minimal records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Our service may generate scripts, translations, subtitles, voiceovers, captions, thumbnails, descriptions, hashtags, edited videos, or other outputs using AI systems.

You understand and agree that:

AI outputs may contain errors

AI outputs may be inaccurate

AI outputs may require human review

AI outputs may not match your expectations

AI outputs may not be unique

Similar outputs may be generated for other users

AI-generated content may still be subject to copyright, platform, or monetization issues

We do not guarantee any legal, financial, or monetization outcome from AI-generated content

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before using, publishing, or monetizing them.

If you connect your TikTok, YouTube, or other supported social media accounts, you authorize One Click Recap to perform actions you approve, such as uploading, publishing, or scheduling videos.

When you use posting or scheduling features, you authorize us to send selected content and metadata to the chosen platform, including:

Title

Caption

Description

Hashtags

Tags

Thumbnail

Visibility settings

Scheduled publish time

Account or channel destination

Other platform-supported settings

We will only post or schedule content based on actions you take inside the app, your saved settings, or automation features you enable.

We do not control TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms. We are not responsible if a platform:

Rejects an upload

Fails to publish a scheduled post

Removes your content

Restricts visibility

Limits reach

Demonetizes content

Issues copyright claims

Suspends your account

Changes its API, rules, pricing, permissions, or platform behavior

You must comply with the terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, monetization rules, and developer policies of each connected platform.

If you connect your YouTube account, you agree that your use of YouTube features through One Click Recap is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Google policies. YouTube API Services Terms require API clients and users to comply with YouTube’s API rules.

You authorize us to use YouTube API Services to provide features such as video uploading, video metadata management, scheduling, and account connection.

You can revoke our access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

We are not responsible for YouTube’s actions, including upload failures, quota limits, rejected videos, copyright claims, demonetization, channel strikes, account restrictions, or changes to YouTube’s policies or APIs.

If you connect your TikTok account, you agree that your use of TikTok features through One Click Recap is also subject to TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, developer rules, and content posting requirements. TikTok provides developer products including Login Kit and Content Posting API for account authorization and posting-related use cases.

You authorize us to use TikTok APIs to provide features such as account connection, video posting, and scheduling.

TikTok may require app review, audits, permissions, and compliance checks. TikTok’s Content Posting API documentation notes that content posted by unaudited clients may be restricted to private viewing mode until the app completes audit requirements.

We are not responsible for TikTok’s actions, including upload failures, private-mode restrictions, rejected posts, reduced reach, account warnings, removals, suspensions, or changes to TikTok’s policies or APIs.

Some features require a paid subscription, credits, usage minutes, top-ups, or other paid access.

Your plan may include limits such as:

Monthly credits

Daily generation limits

Video duration limits

Upload limits

Storage limits

Processing limits

Priority speed

Access to premium AI models

Access to posting or scheduling features

Access to subtitle, voiceover, or export features

Credits, minutes, and usage limits may be counted based on the rules shown in your account, checkout page, pricing page, or product documentation.

We may change plan limits, pricing, included features, credit rules, or usage rules from time to time. Changes will not usually affect already purchased active billing periods unless required for abuse prevention, legal reasons, platform changes, or service sustainability.

You must not abuse the service.

You agree not to:

Share your account with unauthorized users

Resell access without permission

Use bots, scripts, or automation to overload the service

Attempt to bypass credits, usage limits, or payment systems

Reverse engineer the service

Scrape, copy, or extract our systems, prompts, workflows, or models

Upload malware or harmful files

Attack, overload, scan, or disrupt our servers

Use the service for spam

Use the service for illegal activity

Use the service to impersonate others

Use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content

Use stolen social media accounts

Connect accounts you do not own or control

We may throttle, block, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate fair use rules or harm service reliability.

You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout or in your selected plan.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, exchange rate differences, transfer charges, or payment provider fees that may apply.

Access to paid features may begin only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Unless required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

This includes payments for:

Subscriptions

Credits

Top-ups

One-time purchases

Promotional offers

Discounted plans

Partially used plans

Unused credits

Failed content caused by poor input quality

User mistakes

Platform rejection by TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party services

Dissatisfaction after using the service

Account suspension due to violation of these Terms

We may choose to provide a refund, credit, extension, or replacement at our sole discretion, but doing so does not create a future obligation.

We may offer free trials, bonus credits, discounts, or promotions.

We may modify, limit, or cancel free trials and promotions at any time.

Free trial abuse is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free trials or promotional credits.

Video generation, voiceover generation, subtitle creation, posting, scheduling, and downloading may take time.

Processing speed may depend on:

File size

Video length

Server load

Plan type

Queue priority

Third-party API performance

Platform availability

Network conditions

Model availability

Input quality

We do not guarantee instant processing, uninterrupted service, or fixed processing times.

We may temporarily limit, delay, pause, or disable features for maintenance, scaling, provider outages, cost control, abuse prevention, or technical reasons.

We may store uploaded files, generated files, project data, and posting logs for as long as needed to provide the service.

We may delete files after a certain period, especially for inactive users, expired plans, failed projects, temporary files, or storage management.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your important files.

We are not responsible for lost files, deleted files, failed downloads, expired links, or unavailable generated outputs.

If you believe content on or generated through One Click Recap infringes your copyright, contact us at support@oneclickrecap.xyz with:

Your name and contact details

Description of the copyrighted work

Description or link to the allegedly infringing content

A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

A statement that the information you provide is accurate

Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe rights or violate our policies.

We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

You must not use the service to create, upload, generate, publish, or schedule content that is:

Illegal

Sexually exploitative

Abusive or harassing

Hateful or discriminatory

Terrorist or extremist

Fraudulent or deceptive

Malware-related

Designed to scam people

Designed to impersonate someone without permission

Invasive of privacy

In violation of platform rules

In violation of intellectual property rights

Harmful to minors

Otherwise harmful or unsafe

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

We may update, modify, add, or remove features at any time.

This includes changes to:

AI models

Voice models

Editing tools

Posting tools

Scheduling tools

Pricing

Credits

Processing limits

Supported platforms

Supported languages

Storage rules

User interface

API integrations

Some changes may be required because third-party platforms, AI providers, payment providers, or infrastructure providers change their own services, rules, pricing, or availability.

Our service may depend on third-party services, including cloud providers, AI providers, payment processors, TikTok, YouTube, Google, storage providers, email providers, and analytics providers.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their actions, outages, errors, policy changes, data practices, or pricing changes.

Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, or early access.

Beta features may:

Contain bugs

Produce unexpected results

Change without notice

Be removed at any time

Have limited support

Fail more often than stable features

Use beta features at your own risk.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Accuracy

Availability

Reliability

Security

Profitability

Monetization

Platform approval

Copyright safety

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Click Recap will not be liable for:

Lost profits

Lost revenue

Lost data

Lost content

Lost followers

Lost views

Lost monetization

Copyright claims

Platform bans

Account suspensions

Failed uploads

Failed scheduled posts

Business interruption

Indirect damages

Incidental damages

Consequential damages

Punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose, or 35000 MMK or 59000 MMK, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Click Recap, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the service

Your User Content

Your published or scheduled content

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any law

Your violation of third-party rights

Your violation of TikTok, YouTube, Google, or other platform rules

Your misuse of connected accounts

Your failure to obtain required permissions or licenses

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to pay

You abuse the service

You create legal risk

You infringe intellectual property rights

You misuse third-party platform integrations

Your activity harms other users or our systems

We are required to do so by law or by a third-party platform

Continuing to provide service to you is commercially or technically unreasonable

You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

You may request account deletion by contacting support@oneclickrecap.xyz or using the deletion option inside the app, where available.

After account deletion, we may delete or anonymize your data, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

You should download your files before requesting deletion.

You should also disconnect our app from TikTok, YouTube, Google, or other connected platforms.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal information.

By using the service, you agree that we may process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update them, we will change the “Last Updated” date above.

If changes are significant, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, Myanmar, and the country the user is from, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
