Our service helps users create video content, generate or edit recaps, add voiceovers and subtitles, and publish or schedule videos to supported third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.

2.3 Social Media Account Information

When you connect your TikTok, YouTube, or other supported social media accounts, we may collect and process information made available through those platforms, depending on the permissions you approve.

Connected account ID

Channel ID or profile ID

Channel name, username, or display name

Profile image

Access tokens

Refresh tokens, where applicable

Token expiry time

Permissions granted by you

We only access social media account data after you authorize the connection through the relevant platform’s official login or authorization process.

2.4 YouTube Data

If you connect your YouTube account, we may use YouTube API Services to allow you to upload, publish, manage, or schedule videos from One Click Recap.

Depending on the permissions you grant, we may access or process:

Your YouTube channel ID

Your YouTube channel name

Your profile information

Video upload permissions

Video title, description, tags, category, thumbnail, language, privacy status, and publish status

Video IDs and upload status

Error messages returned by YouTube API Services

We use YouTube data only to provide user-facing features that you choose to use, such as uploading or scheduling videos to your YouTube channel.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke One Click Recap’s access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

2.5 TikTok Data

If you connect your TikTok account, we may use TikTok developer tools, including TikTok Login Kit, Content Posting API, or other approved TikTok APIs, to allow you to publish or schedule videos from One Click Recap. TikTok’s developer documentation covers products such as Login Kit and Content Posting API for content sharing and posting use cases.

Depending on the permissions you grant, we may access or process:

TikTok account ID

TikTok username or display name

Profile image

Video posting permissions

Video captions or descriptions

Video upload status

Published TikTok post ID

We use TikTok data only to provide the posting, scheduling, account connection, and content management features you choose to use.

You can disconnect your TikTok account from One Click Recap at any time through your account settings or through TikTok’s connected apps settings, where available.

2.6 Payment and Billing Information

If you purchase a subscription, credits, top-ups, or paid services, we may collect billing-related information such as:

Invoice ID

We do not store full card numbers unless explicitly handled by a certified payment provider. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, banks, wallets, or local payment providers.

2.8 Voice Cloning Information

If you choose to create a personal voice, we collect and process Voice samples and exact transcripts that you optionally provide, together with the selected voice model and revision, your ownership attestation and consent version, integrity metadata, and creation and deletion timestamps.

Voice cloning is limited to a recording of your own voice. Do not upload another person’s voice, even if you have access to the recording.

We store the reference recording in private access-controlled storage. Other users cannot browse, preview, or use your saved personal voice.

2.9 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:

When you use our posting or scheduling features, you authorize One Click Recap to submit your selected video content and related metadata to the connected platform on your behalf.

We do not post or schedule content unless you take an action inside our app to publish, schedule, approve, or automate that content.

You are responsible for reviewing your content before posting or scheduling. You are also responsible for complying with TikTok, YouTube, and other platform rules, including copyright, community guidelines, advertising rules, and monetization policies.

We are not responsible for whether a third-party platform approves, rejects, removes, limits, demonetizes, or restricts your content.

When you connect a third-party account, such as YouTube or TikTok, we may receive access tokens or refresh tokens from that platform. These tokens allow our app to perform actions you approved, such as uploading or scheduling videos.

We use tokens only for the features you authorize.

We do not sell access tokens.

We do not use connected account tokens to access unrelated data.

We store tokens securely using reasonable technical safeguards.

You can disconnect connected accounts at any time from your One Click Recap account settings. When you disconnect an account, we will stop using the token for future actions. Some historical records, such as upload logs or post IDs, may remain where needed for security, legal, billing, debugging, or audit purposes.

Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

Contract: To provide the service you requested, including account access, video processing, posting, scheduling, billing, and support.

Consent: When you connect third-party accounts, approve platform permissions, subscribe to marketing messages, or allow optional cookies.

If you schedule a TikTok video, we may send the video file, caption, account ID, and posting settings to TikTok.

When you make a payment, your payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers. We receive payment status and transaction information, but we do not control the payment provider’s independent privacy practices.

Typical retention periods may include:

Account data: kept while your account is active

Uploaded videos: kept while needed for processing, storage, download, support, or user access

Generated videos and assets: kept while your project remains available in your account

Personal voice samples and optional transcripts: kept while the saved voice remains active in your account so that you can reuse it for requested voiceovers

Deleting a saved voice permanently revokes that voice profile and starts deletion of its private reference recording. If storage is temporarily unavailable, the voice remains disabled while deletion is retried and monitored.

Connected account tokens: kept until you disconnect the account, revoke access, or delete your account

Posting and scheduling logs: kept as needed for debugging, support, fraud prevention, and audit records

Payment records: kept as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal purposes

Support messages: kept as needed to resolve issues and maintain service history

Security logs: kept for a limited period unless needed for investigation

Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for legitimate business purposes, or needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent abuse.

We will stop future scheduled posts where technically possible

We may delete uploaded and generated files associated with your account

Account deletion also starts deletion of all voice samples and cloned voice profiles owned by that account

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes

You should also revoke our app’s access directly from your Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other connected platform settings.

You may revoke One Click Recap’s access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google Account security or connected apps settings.

After revocation, we will no longer be able to perform actions such as uploading or scheduling videos to your YouTube channel. Some past upload records may remain in our system for support, audit, fraud prevention, legal, or debugging purposes.

You may disconnect TikTok from your One Click Recap account settings or from TikTok’s connected apps settings, where available.

After revocation, we will no longer be able to perform actions such as uploading or scheduling videos to your TikTok account. Previously published content may remain available on TikTok unless you remove it directly from TikTok.

One Click Recap is not intended for children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by local law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may send you service updates, product announcements, promotional messages, or educational content.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send important service-related messages, such as payment notices, security alerts, policy updates, or account-related messages.

Our service may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech processing, translation, transcription, voice generation, text generation, and video processing tools to provide app features.

This may include processing your uploaded videos, audio, transcripts, scripts, subtitles, prompts, project instructions, and generated outputs.

We use these tools to provide the features you request, such as:

We do not sell, license, or use your voice samples, voice profiles, or cloned voice outputs for unrelated business purposes. We do not use them to train general-purpose AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in to a clearly described programme.

We may send a voice sample and requested narration to access-controlled cloud infrastructure acting on our behalf solely to provide the voice cloning request.

Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your content and you have the right to process it.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, publish, or schedule through One Click Recap.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use the content.
